Universal Funds Africa is an international non-Governmental organisation supported by the World Bank that aims at empowering humankind by offering interest free loans.

The interest free loan is meant to empower and avail opportunities to youths and business people across Africa. Kenya has been selected as one of the countries in East Africa where the loan is being rolled out.

Kenya lacks proper funding, compounded by issues like famine, floods, and historical inequalities, poses significant challenges. Universal funds Africa aims to bridge this gap by providing grants to eligible Kenyans in business or tertiary education. These funds offer relief to those with innovative ideas but lacking startup capital, with loans ranging from Kes 10,000 to Kes 100,000. The program's goal is to promote equality and combat poverty, ensuring everyone has a fair chance to succeed.
